Had a gr8 opportunity to work together with doula who made a affirmation cards for childbirth.
More about the cards:
The affirmations are supplemented with explanations and encouragement for reflection, therefore the cards are useful already during pregnancy to reflect on various aspects of childbirth, tune in to them and strengthen faith in one's own strength.
